Routes from the west
Take M4 or M40 etc to the M25. Turn left onto M25 ( clockwise ) and follow round to the north of London. Exit at junction 26 signs Waltham Abbey take slip road down to roundabout turn right and go under M25 at next roundabout take 1st exit marked A121 Do not take 2nd exit marked Chingford follow A121. At the roundabout take 4th exit signs A104 Woodford. Follow this road though Epping Forest to roundabout, straight on still on A104 after approx 1 mile turn right into A1069 signposted to Chingford follow A1069 for 1 mile on right hand side you will see Royal Forest Hotel then look for the Mitsubishi garage. Then take next turning on right hand side into Connaught avenue our building is 100 yards on left hand side.

Routes from the north and north west
Take M6, M1 down to M25, turn left onto M25 ( clockwise ) and follow remaining directions as routes from the west.

Routes from the north east
Take A1 to Peterborough then pick up the A14 at Huntingdon ( signs for M11 ) which joins the M11 at Cambridge follow M11 down to M25. Turn right onto M25 ( anti-clockwise ) and come off at next junction 26 Waltham Abbey, down slip road to roundabout take 1st exit A121 Do not take 2nd exit marked Chingford follow A121. At the roundabout take 4th exit signs A104 Woodford. Routes from the east
Take the A12 A127 or A13 to M25, turn right onto M25 ( anti-clockwise ) and come off at junction 26 then follow directions as routes from the north east

Routes from the south west and south
Take M3, A3, M23, A21 M20 or M2 and join M25 ( anti-clockwise ) towards Dartford Tunnel, through tunnel, stay on the M25 and exit at junction 26 signs Waltham Abbey down slip road to roundabout and take 1st exit A121 Do not take 2nd exit marked Chingford follow A121. At the roundabout take 4th exit signs A104 Woodford. Local routes
We are only 10 minutes north of the A406 North Circular Road. The best route for westbound drivers is the A104 waterworks roundabout. follow signs to Woodford. Eastbound drivers should leave the A406 at A1037 Hall lane. Please Tel us for more details.

By train
We are 30 mins from Liverpool street London ( Surface train ). The line ends at Chingford. Cross Station road and Connaught ave is opposite the station.
